DOSAGE:
The content of the package is sufficient for 25-35 liters of wine.
1g of yeast is sufficient for 5-7 liters of must.
The dosage also depends on the application method and the winemaker's judgment.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Hydrate the appropriate amount of yeast in water at 35°C in a ratio of 1/10 water. Leave it for 20 minutes. After this time, gently stir while the yeast is working. Then add it to the must and thoroughly mix to aerate the must.
