Wine yeast Bayanus G995 10g
Bayanus G995 wine yeast is a strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae from Italy that is used to produce white, red, sparkling, and other wines. Its main advantage is that it works in difficult conditions, even at temperatures as low as 9ºC, and ferments to 17%.

Fermentation capacity: 16.5-17%
Optimal fermentation temperature: 20-25ºC
The only yeast on the market that works at low temperatures from 9ºC
Dosage:
- For fermentation of white and red wines: 10-20g/100l
- To support difficult fermentation: 30-50g/100l
- To support fermentation with a concentrate wort: at least 50g/100l
- To restart fermentation: 15-40g/100l
Instructions for use:
- Hydrate the yeast in a 1:10 ratio, preferably with a solution of must and water in a 1:2 ratio.
- The temperature of the solution should be around 30ºC. After about 30 minutes, mix with the wort.
- Normal fermentation:
- 10g / 50l
- 50-200g / 100l with clear concentrate
- Production of sparkling wines:
- 30g / 100l
